Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Scented Sweets!

Each candle is handcrafted and carefully prepared for shipment. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or the carrier’s delivery time.

Orders are primarily shipped through UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information using the email address provided at checkout.

Standard shipping is $5.99, and customers receive free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Scented Sweets is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Carrier delays may occasionally occur after a package has been shipped. Once an order is in the carrier’s possession, delivery times are outside our direct control. Please use your tracking information for the latest updates.
