🕯️ Are your candles edible?
No. Although our candles are designed to look like delicious desserts, they are not edible and should never be consumed. Please keep them away from children and pets.
🧁 Are your candles handmade?
Yes! Every Scented Sweets candle is handcrafted with love. Because each candle is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and decoration may occur, making every candle unique.
📦 How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 3–5 business days for us to carefully handcraft, package, and prepare your order before it ships.
🚚 How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped primarily through UPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
🎁 Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.
💔 What if my candle arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if your order arrives damaged.
Please email us within 3 days of delivery at shopscentedsweets@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
We'll review your request and work with you to make it right.
🔄 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Scent preferences
- Minor handmade variations
Returns or replacements are only available for damaged or incorrect items.
🔥 How do I safely burn my candle?
For the best experience:
- Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
- Burn your candle for 2–4 hours at a time.
- Always place it on a heat-resistant surface.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep away from children, pets, curtains, and other flammable objects.
🌸 Will every candle look exactly like the photos?
Not exactly! Since every candle is handcrafted, each one is unique. Small differences in toppings, colors, and decorations are normal and part of what makes your candle one of a kind.
